 Collision Avoidance Driving Skills For Life ...  As the chief law enforcement agency in Rankin County Sheriff Pennington and his deputies are committed to ensuring the safety and well being of the people in the communities they patrol everyday. Thus the safety of Rankin County teens is a priority for Sheriff Pennington.
